AccuMount Tools® Limited Warranty
What does the Limited Warranty cover?
During the Warranty period AccuMount Tools will replace, at no charge, any product that fails to perform under normal use conditions due to defects in material or workmanship.
How long does the Warranty coverage last?
The Warranty period for the product is:
- Keyhole Companion - 1 year
- Security Companion - 1 year
Any product replaced under warranty carries a new warranty (as if the product was newly purchased), effective from the date of replacement.
What will we do?
AccuMount Tools will replace the product at no charge (including shipping) providing buyer returns the product to AccuMount Tools at buyer's cost.
What does the Limited Warranty not cover?
The Limited Warranty does not cover the consumable ink or any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. It also does not cover any incidental or consequential damages.
What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty replacement, you must first contact us for an RMA and subsequently return the product with the original or copy of the purchase receipt.
